DRYVAC DV 650 dry-compression screw vacuum pump
Smart engineering for today and tomorrow: our networked DRYVAC series delivers cutting-edge performance and efficiency even under demanding conditions.
This series of dry-compression screw vacuum pumps is designed for the connected era. All DRYVAC models are equipped with smart features and functions, offering seamless connectivity, network control and outstanding efficiency.
DRYVAC pumps increase your productivity, minimize your carbon footprint and reduce your costs. In addition, thanks to the integrated smart service concept, they can practically take care of themselves.
Connected, efficient, reliable—Leybold is smarter.
Built-in intelligence for industrial applications
Seamless connectivity and networking
Fieldbus and PLC compatibility allow connection to other devices in the network for real-time communication and control. Direct control via computer or handheld device is also possible. Support for various fieldbus protocols ensures maximum flexibility. Protocols supported as options include Profibus, Ethernet/IP, ProfiNet and EtherCAT.
Smart energy consumption
Low constant power consumption provides significant energy efficiency. Advanced self-regulation consumes only the power the pump actually needs, saving costs and reducing your carbon footprint. DRYVAC pumps are more cost-effective and environmentally friendly than comparable models operating in the low-pressure range (<10 mbar).
Smart service concept
Continuous performance monitoring via an integrated frequency converter and three independent sensors. If abnormalities such as overheating are detected, the DRYVAC pump can communicate quickly and efficiently via the fieldbus. Preset parameters enable plug-and-play operation without additional installation.
Thanks to the non-jacketed design, DRYVAC pumps also feature minimal maintenance and easy-to-clean water cooling channels.
